Samurai Surf Co utilises 2 main trusted delivery distributors
Aramax - Door 2 Door Courier
Your Order will be delivered to the provided residential or business address anywhere* in SA within 24 – 72 hours, depending on the destination*.
Postnet
Should your residential address fall ouside of Aramax's service range. We will send your order to the closest geographical Postnet office.
Your shipment will be delivered within 1 – 2 *working days when sending to or from a Major Centre. * Public Holidays & Weekends are not working days. Regional Centres: In the event of the delivery being to a Regional Area, allow for 72 to 96 hours for delivery.
Final delivery costs will be automatically worked out upon check out of your order once your delivery choice and location have been captured

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of its journey.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing, labels, all items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and unused.
Regarding returns, you will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of an Samurai Surf Co voucher. (Please note: No returns/credit on the shipping costs).
Exchanges
We can arrange a courier to pick up the order AND resend it with the updated size for a fee of R100.
As a local small business, it is not feasible yet as we are absorbing half the cost from the couriers already.
Important Info
Should Samurai Surf Co supply the incorrect product or if the product you received is defective, Samurai Surf Co shall exchange the product for a new one, provided that the damaged or incorrect unit is returned in its original packaging with all the tags and extras attached as received.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return/exchange/refund under this section:

Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.

Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.

Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product.

Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.

Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Please note, the Samurai Surf Co Team will first examine the item by means of either image or physical examination. Samurai Surf Co reserves the right to not grant an exchange or refund if deemed that the fault is not a factory fault.
